OUR 52 WASH GUARANTEE

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We want you to feel confident making your purchase from us. We provide a 52 Wash Guarantee which is triggered by either 52 washes or 12 months from the date of purchase. If your item has any structural damage before 52 washes or 12 months, we'll replace them for just the cost of shipping.

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS

The guarantee excludes damage caused by neglect or abuse, by intentional damage, color fade, pilling, stains of any kind, and deliberate attempts to damage the product.

Applies to any product purchased, does not apply to any product provided as a replacement.

INTRO PAIR TERMS

Intro pairs have officially been phased out as of April 5, 2024.

Intro Pair Orders are offered to first time purchasers only. 1 Intro Pair per person/per household.  Not eligible to be purchased with gift cards or combined with coupon codes.  Store reserves the right to cancel any orders in accordance with these terms or at its sole discretion.

ALL INTRO PACK ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes may not be used retroactively or applied to orders already created.

Mistakes happen, please save your coupon code for your next order.

If you are having issues with your code, please copy and paste the code, as most errors happen because of typos.

If you change your mind just after a purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll try to stop the shipment.

All items returned must be in their original unused condition, unopened and unworn. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES

WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.

IF YOU PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU FIRST PAIR FITS WELL.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PAIR FOR FREE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT FEES AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY.

For all unworn products that you are looking to exchange, please return them via the form above and reorder, we will process your refund once we receive and verify the product has not been worn.

REFUNDS

If you have issues with your Krakatoa Underwear, please contact us and we will work with you to find a perfect fit.

If you still are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return. Please note, buyer shall be responsible for all associated shipping costs for all refunds. As soon as the unwanted product arrives at our offices, we will issue your refund immediately.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.

IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT AS A RETURN.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

If you are not satisfied with your Krakatoa, just return the pair to us and your refund will be issued when we receive the return.

We process all refunds on Wednesdays and Fridays.

WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR UNWORN ITEMS, IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN OR APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN WORN WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A REFUND.

CARRIERS

We ship orders via The United States Postal Service and UPS.

ORDER TRACKING

After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

If it applies, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. The cost of shipping will be displayed prior to completion of the purchase. If you're in the United States all orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. For Canada and most international orders the cost is around $15 US Dollars for International Shipping.
